Our comprehensive offering includes:\naffordable medical, dental, and vision care\nflexible spending accounts\nlife insurance\n401k with company match and much, much more.\nJob Description Job Description\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Meet daily manpower and scheduling requirements.\nManage absentee coverage.\nProvide on-the-job training to employees.\nMaintain and uphold all quality standards of the organization.\nMaintain an accurate record of all production activities.\nEvaluate team performance.\nInteract with other departments when necessary to ensure proper system function.\nComply with all safety standards and regulations.\nProvide preventative maintenance.\nInitiate new job start-ups when required.\nEffectively manage scrap control and reduction.\nEngage in plan development and implementation.\nDelegate work to subordinates when necessary to ensure efficiency and timely completion of all tasks.\nComplete necessary documentation and file appropriately.\nREQUIREMENTS: HS diploma or GED equivalent.\nBachelor’s degree in business administration or management preferred.\nThree years of production supervisory experience.\nMust be open and available to work off shifts.\nExcellent communication and leadership skills.\nStrong proficiency in MS Office including Word and Excel.\nFlexible Schedule and ability to work overtime when needed.\nAbility to troubleshoot and provide preventative maintenance and thorough knowledge of occupational hazards and corresponding safety precautions necessary for the safe performance of all duties.\nIf you enjoy innovation, and an opportunity to learn and contribute to a growing organization, CSP is the place for you!
