We are seeking an experienced Senior Client Service Associate to join a growing wealth management team supporting high-net-worth individuals, families, and business clients. This role is ideal for a client-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys partnering closely with financial advisors to deliver an exceptional client experience.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative, operational, and client service support to financial advisorsCoordinate new client onboarding, account openings, transfers, and account maintenance activitiesProcess money movement requests, advisor-directed trades, and other account transactionsServe as a primary point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactionsSupport financial planning activities, client review meetings, and follow-up action itemsMaintain CRM records and client data while ensuring accuracy and complianceResearch account and security information through custodial and back-office systemsMonitor required minimum distributions (RMDs) and assist with retirement plan-related service requestsDevelop and maintain operational workflows and support continuous process improvement initiativesEnsure all client documentation meets regulatory and firm compliance standardsQualifications3+ years of experience supporting financial advisors within a wealth management, RIA, broker-dealer, or similar environmentExperience working directly with high-net-worth clientsStrong understanding of account administration, transfers, and client service operationsFamiliarity with CRM platforms such as SalesforceProficiency with Microsoft Office applicationsExperience with financial planning software such as eMoney is a plusExceptional organizational, communication, and relationship-management skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalismBachelor's degree preferredPreferred QualificationsSeries 7 and 63 licensesExperience with Morningstar Advisor WorkstationFamiliarity with Kestra platformSeries 24 licenseKnowledge of 401(k) plan administration and participant support
