This role will play a critical role in designing the future building design solutions for the Sub-Same Day business. It requires a high-level of ownership over the strategic design and implementation, the ability to think outside of the box, willingness to disrupt the current processes to create a new process, the ability to understand one-way vs two-way doors, make trade-off decisions and influence stakeholders. This role will scope highly complex building design solutions, identify risks/opportunities in strategies, effectively force multiple and communicate to senior management to accelerating business progress.\n\nThis role can be located in Bellevue or Nashville corporate offices.\n\nKey job responsibilities:\n\nDriving significant complex building design solutions to improve the end-to-end fulfillment process (cost and quality)\nPartnering with cross-organizational teams to plan, organize and execute building design enhancements to achieve our 2024 goals.\nGathering and analyzing data across fulfillment and delivery functions to establish global standards for operations and other cross functional teams\nAnalyzing and solving operational barriers with a focus on understanding root causes and driving forward opportunities\nDeveloping Amazon best practices for internal operations\nLeveraging analytics to support the future state of the business\nThe Sr. Program Manager will also demonstrate:\n\nConfidence operating in a highly ambiguous and iterative business space\nHigh attention to detail including proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously\nWillingness to challenge and influence big leaders\nAbility to think strategically and execute methodically\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation is desired\nDemonstrated analytical and quantitative skills and ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases\nAbility to clearly communicate data insights to others\n2+ years of driving process improvements experience\nMaster's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field\nAmazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace. The base pay for this position ranges from $104,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market.
