This role plays a key part in supporting the flow of products through receiving, storage, and shipping while ensuring accuracy, safety, and organization.\n\nEssential Duties & Responsibilities:\n\nOperate forklifts (stand-up/sit-down), reach trucks, and pallet jacks to move materials throughout the facility.\n\nLoad and unload trailers, containers, and trucks accurately and safely.\n\nRetrieve and place pallets in high-bay racking systems using proper equipment and safety protocols.\n\nOrganize and stack products in designated storage areas.\n\nPerform daily equipment inspections; report and document any operational issues or needed maintenance.\n\nSupport inbound and outbound operations by staging and labeling shipments.\n\nWork with shipping and receiving teams to ensure smooth dock operations.\n\nMaintain clean and orderly dock, racking, and staging areas in accordance with OSHA and company safety standards.\n\nAssist with cycle counts and inventory audits as needed.\n\nAdhere to all standard operating procedures (SOPs) for equipment usage and warehouse processes.\n\nQualifications & Requirements:\n\nEducation & Experience:\n\nHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred.\n\n0–1 year of relevant warehouse experience.\n\nSkills & Abilities:\n\nForklift certified or able to obtain and maintain forklift and equipment certifications.\n\nAble to lift up to 50 lbs and operate equipment at various heights.\n\nStrong attention to safety and detail in a fast-paced environment.\n\nEffective communication and collaboration skills.\n\nBasic math and understanding of warehouse workflows.\n\nFamiliarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.\n\nWork Schedule & Environment:\n\nAvailable shifts:\n\n1st Shift: Morning start to afternoon finish\n\n2nd Shift: Afternoon start to evening finish\n\n3rd Shift: Evening start to morning finish\n\nWork conditions may include high noise levels, mechanical equipment, dust/dirt, and moving machinery.\n\nRole requires consistent physical activity and attention to safety in a team-based warehouse environment.\n\nJob Scope:\n\nNo supervisory responsibilities.\n\nDecisions affect own work area and support operational outcomes.\n\nRoutine tasks with standard procedures; work is monitored by supervisor.\n\nLimited internal contact; role impacts operational efficiency and safety.\n\nEqual Opportunity Employer\nThis employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
