You will also be instrumental in identifying new business opportunities, developing proposals, and maintaining existing client relationships.\n\nThe position can be located in either our Bozeman, MT or Pittsburgh, PA office.\n\nJob Requirements:\nBachelor’s degree in Structural/Civil Engineering or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.\nProfessional Engineer (PE) license required.\n8-10 years of experience in structural engineering, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.\nStrong knowledge of structural design principles and relevant software applications.\nProven track record of successful project management and delivery.\nExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and team members.\nAbility to self-perform on engineering projects when schedule/resource availability requires.\nAbility to think strategically, solve problems creatively, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.\n\nDuties & Responsibilities:\nThe Primary Structures Division Manager is responsible for oversight of all structural projects designed by the company except for those encapsulated by AE Dynamics’ Facades and Specialties Division. Typical projects will include building structures ranging in size from single-family residences to mid-sized commercial buildings of all material types.
