We push the boundaries of science to connect and protect our world.\nWhat You Will Do Create and maintain data visualization and statistical analysis tools to increase understanding of factory data.\nWrite scripts to convert non‑standard test data (Excel, Access, text, etc.) into a standardized text‑based format.\nWork with customers to ensure their data is used to reduce process variation and improve factory test yields.\nUse agile software development methods to provide imaginative, thorough, and practicable solutions to a wide range of difficult technical problems.\nTravel to factories in Tucson, AZ.\nQualifications University degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience or an advanced degree with a minimum of 3 years experience.\nExperience with at least one programming language (Python, Perl, C, C++, C#, Java, etc.).\nExperience with web application development.\nAbility to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.\nPython‑based data inquiry tools (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit‑learn, Matplotlib, etc.).\nStatistical methods and tools such as Minitab, R, JMP, or SAS.\nKnowledge of database design and software architecture principles.\nStrong understanding of MSSQL, MariaDB or ANSI standard SQL.\nExperience with lean manufacturing, Core/Six Sigma, and statistical process control.\nExperience with Angular, React, jQuery or a similar JavaScript framework.\nCompTIA Security+ certification (preferred).\nWhat We Offer Salary range: 86,800 USD – 165,200 USD (good faith estimate).\nBenefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short‑term and long‑term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, employee scholar program, parental leave, paid time off and holidays; specific benefits depend on the business unit.\nAnnual short‑term and/or long‑term incentive compensation programs (not guaranteed).\nHybrid work arrangement: employees will work both onsite and offsite; the ratio is determined in partnership with leadership.\nLegal RTX is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
