Our commitment to excellence stems from our personal integrity and from other defining attributes, which we call “Dewberry at Work,” that have inspired our employees to be successful for more than a half-century.\n\nProvide day-to-day leadership and oversight of contractor personnel supporting the Federal Client's mission requirements, including performance management, issue resolution, workforce coordination, and staff development.\nManage client expectations and nurture a strong client relationship\nEnsure appropriate operational coverage across mission-critical functions in alignment with the Federal Client's division leadership priorities and evolving mission requirements.\nServe as a primary program interface with government leadership, analysts, technical personnel, and other stakeholders to understand requirements, establish priorities, and ensure successful delivery.\nCollaborate with government analysts and subject matter experts to define, develop, coordinate, and execute program deliverables.\nReview incoming reports, analyses, and other program products for accuracy, completeness, consistency, and compliance with government requirements.\nAccess and utilize designated government databases and information systems to identify, extract, analyze, and format information in accordance with established specifications and security protocols.\nLead the preparation and delivery of technical support documents, executive summaries, reports, briefings, presentations, and other program products.\nMonitor program performance, schedules, staffing, deliverables, and contractual commitments to identify risks and implement corrective actions.\nManage financial performance for assigned program activities, including invoicing, forecasting, financial reporting, and coordination with subcontractors.\nMonitor subcontractor performance and ensure compliance with contractual requirements, quality expectations, schedules, and deliverables.\nApply strong analytical and critical-thinking skills to evaluate complex problems, identify trends and risks, develop solutions, and provide actionable recommendations to government leadership.\nEstablish effective communication and coordination among government personnel, contractor staff, subcontractors, and AEC technical teams.\nMaintain strict compliance with applicable federal requirements, contract provisions, security protocols, and organizational policies.\nAble to work independently, exercise sound judgment, manage competing priorities, and deliver results in high-pressure environments.\n\nU.S. Citizenship required.\nActive TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph at time of hire.\nBachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, Business, Public Administration, or a related field preferred.\nPMP, CCM, PE, RA, or other relevant professional certification.\n10+ years of progressive experience applying administrative, operational, program, or project management principles and practices.\n5+ years of leadership, supervisory, or program management experience, preferably supporting federal government clients.\nDemonstrated experience supporting national security, intelligence, law enforcement, defense, or other mission-critical federal programs, with a preference for experience with the FBI.\nExperience managing multidisciplinary teams, contractor personnel, and/or subcontractors in a complex federal environment.\nDemonstrated experience with program financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, invoicing, and performance tracking.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as Google Chrome and related collaboration and productivity tools.\nStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with government leadership, technical professionals, analysts, and diverse contractor teams.\nExcellent oral and written presentation skills, including the ability to communicate complex analytical findings and recommendations to non-technical audiences and senior executives.\nExperience managing staff augmentation or professional services contracts.\nExperience within an AEC, facilities, infrastructure, real estate, or federal capital program environment, managing large, complex federal programs or portfolios, and operating in classified or highly sensitive environments.\n\nJoin Dewberry and be part of a dynamic team that is dedicated to making a positive impact on the communities we serve.
