Manager, Decade ERP

We’re seeking to connect a Manager, Decade ERP with a leading organization in the manufacturing sector on a full-time basis. The role is hybrid (4 days onsite) and located in Middlefield, Ohio. As a Manager, Decade ERP, you will join a collaborative technology team and leverage your expertise in Progress OpenEdge ABL to support and enhance enterprise ERP systems.Key Responsibilities:Lead development and ongoing support of the Decade ERP platformCollaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver system enhancementsTranslate business requirements into scalable technical solutionsOversee integrations, APIs, and system improvementsMentor developers and support full software development lifecycle activitiesEnsure system stability, testing, and successful deploymentsQualifications:5+ years of experience with Progress OpenEdge ABL developmentStrong background supporting ERP applicationsExperience with SQL, APIs, and system integrationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experienceProven ability to lead and collaborate across technical teamsExpected Pay and Benefits:Competitive base salary with annual bonus opportunityMedical, Dental, and Vision insurance401(k) programIf this role is an ideal fit for you, we want to hear from you.
