Our team specializes in resolving complex access issues, supporting IAM platforms, and maintaining the integrity of identity services. We work closely with engineering, infrastructure, security, and business teams to deliver a frictionless user experience. With a focus on operational excellence, we proactively monitor IAM systems, implement continuous improvement of identity lifecycle management. The IAM org's overall mission is to enable secure, appropriate access for any identity from any device, any location, to any service, for the right business outcome. The IAM team provides positive user experiences through platform modernization, and security and operational excellence for workforce identities across The Company.\n\nProvide Level 2 support for Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems and applications.\nTroubleshoot and resolve IAM-related issues and incidents.\nCollaborate with Level 1 support and other IT teams to ensure seamless IAM operations.\nMaintain and update IAM documentation, including policies, procedures, and guidelines.\nProvide training and support to end-users on IAM processes and tools.\nParticipate in IAM-related projects and initiatives.\nStay updated with the latest IAM technologies and best practices\nAs necessary after normal operation hours support\n\nMust Haves (Years of Experience, languages, programs, tools, etc.):\n\n3+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management or IT support roles.\nProficiency with IAM platforms such as Microsoft Active Directory, Okta, or SailPoint.\nStrong understanding of authentication protocols (e.g., SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect).\nExperience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira) and incident management workflows.\nFamiliarity with PowerShell or other scripting languages for automation and troubleshooting.\nAbility to analyze logs and trace access issues across systems.\nStrong communication skills and ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.\nVarious times after normal operating hours support\n\nNice To Haves (see above):\n\nExperience with multi-factor authentication (MFA) and single sign-on (SSO) technologies.\nUnderstanding of LDAP, Kerberos, and certificate-based authentication.\nScripting experience in Python, Bash, or PowerShell for automation and reporting.\nRelevant certifications such as CISSP, Security+, Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate, or Okta Certified Professional.\n\nEducation:\n\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software, Electrical or Electronics Engineering, or comparable field of study, and/or equivalent work experience\nAbout Software Resources\nSoftware Resources, founded more than 3 decades ago, is a trusted staffing partner specializing in Technology (IT, Creative, & Marketing), Finance, & Accounting placements.
