You'll work alongside experienced engineers to help deliver life-saving public warning technology used around the world.\r\nWhat you'll do\r\nSupport the deployment and integration of Public Warning solutions (Cell Broadcast and Location-Based SMS)\r\nAssist with installing, configuring, and maintaining software in Linux environments\r\nWork closely with senior engineers, project teams, customers, and Mobile Network Operators (MNOs)\r\nParticipate in system configuration, testing, upgrades, and troubleshooting activities\r\nHelp create and maintain technical documentation and implementation procedures\r\nSupport customer training sessions and global deployments\r\nWhat you'll bring\r\nDegree in Computer Science, Engineering, Telecommunications, or equivalent practical experience\r\n1–3 years of experience working with Linux systems or production environments\r\nBasic understanding of IP networking, VPNs, and security fundamentals\r\nExposure to cloud platforms, containers, or automation tools (e.g., AWS/Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible, Terraform)\r\nSome experience with scripting or programming (Python, Bash, Go, or similar)\r\nFamiliarity with databases, monitoring, or CI/CD concepts\r\nStrong communication skills and a willingness to learn from hands-on customer work\r\nFluent English (additional languages are a plus)\r\nWillingness to travel internationally as required\r\nNice to have\r\nExposure to mobile networks or telecom environments (Cell Broadcast, LTE/5G, RAN/Core)\r\nExperience with monitoring, logging, or CI/CD tools\r\nLinux or networking certifications (e.g., CCNA)\r\nInterest in public safety, emergency management, or critical communications technology\r\nAbout Everbridge\r\nEverbridge empowers enterprises and government organizations to anticipate, mitigate, respond to, and recover stronger from critical events.
