Credit & Collections Manager - Up to $125k + bonusOur client, a well-established construction company, is hiring a Credit & Collections Manager to lead its AR, credit risk, and collections functions. Responsibilities:Oversee credit risk assessment, collections strategy, and AR performance Manage end-to-end billing operations and ensure accurate, timely invoicing Lead and develop a small team; drive accountability and performance Partner cross-functionally with finance, sales, and operations Analyze data to improve processes, reduce risk, and optimize cash flow Qualifications:5+ years in credit & collections xywuqvp leadership Industry experience in construction, building materials, or similar strongly preferred Experience with ERP/CRM systems (Microsoft D365, Salesforce preferred) Familiarity with lien laws, bond claims, or construction credit practices is a plus
