configuration, report development, and data migration, where applicable\nIdentify and implement best-practice solutions to address client requirements\nPerform custom development and third-party integrations\nConduct unit-testing and resolve code defects\nMigrate code changes to the production environment\nAssist with technical design and documentation\nCollaborate with internal stakeholders and team members to build solutions that support business requirements\n\nMinimum Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree or 4+ additional years of software development experience in lieu of a degree\n5+ years of software development experience\n2+ years of experience supporting large, complex software development projects\nExperience developing Service Catalog and ServiceNow workflows\nProficiency in at least one scripting language such as Ruby, Python, Perl, Bash, or JavaScript\nIAT Level II certification (GSEC, Security+, SSCP, or CCNA-Security) or the ability to obtain within 6 months of hire\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nAbility to function in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously\nAbility to engage with various levels of senior management effectively\nStrong decision-making and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate, prioritize, and implement solutions\nCertified ServiceNow Administrator (CSA)\n\nClearance Requirements:\nMust have a current/active TS/SCI with Polygraph\n\nPhysical Requirements:\nThe person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.\nOccasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering
