This is a senior, hybrid role designed for a finance operator who can own the capital strategy end‑to‑end — from financial modeling and investor readiness to structuring the raise and guiding the company through diligence. You will work directly with the founders to shape the financial architecture of the company, build the capital narrative, and ensure MediXo is positioned for a successful raise. Responsibilities include financial planning, modeling, reporting, scenario analysis, capital strategy development, and hands‑on leadership during the fundraising process. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in early‑stage environments and wants to play a defining role in bringing a healthcare innovation to market.Qualifications • Deep experience with financial modeling, capital strategy, and investor‑facing financial communication• Strong command of financial statements, reporting, and early‑stage financial operations• Demonstrated ability to lead or support fundraising processes (seed, pre‑seed, or early institutional)• Advanced analytical skills and the ability to translate financial insights into strategic decisions• Experience building budgets, forecasts, and scenario models for early‑stage companies• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA, CFA, or CPA preferred• Prior experience in healthcare, medtech, or regulated product environments is a significant advantage• Clear, confident communicator who can partner closely with founders and represent the company with investorsSerious, qualified candidates may reach the founders directly at: info@medixo.healthhttps://medixo.health
