Become a maker of possible with us.\nJob Summary:\nThe Distribution Associate is responsible for warehousing/material distribution tasks relative to the shipment of products.\nJob Responsibilities:(Primary Duties, Roles, and/or Authorities)\nProcess customer orders including scanning bar codes, picking cases, and labeling boxes.\nPalletize orders including scanning, retrieving, and placing completed orders on pallets.\nProcesses orders using RF technology.\nResponsible for accuracy verification and shipment packaging.\nMay be responsible for dock manifest duties which include scanning completed pallets and running shrink wrapper.\nMay be responsible for operating the ground/manual manifest station.\nBecome knowledgeable of the responsibilities of the other warehouse positions. Assist as required. Act as back up at times of absence or vacation.\nEducation and Experience:\nHigh school diploma or GED, preferred.\n1 year of relevant experience, preferred.\nExperience with MHE, preferred.\nKnowledge and Skills:\nAbility to obtain an electric pallet jack certification.\nAbility to read and interpret distribution documents.\nRequired to operate MHE and use an RF scanner.\nBasic analytical, organizational and prioritization skills.\nGeneral distribution knowledge.\nPhysical Demands: (if applicable)\nThe physical demands described are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The associate may occasionally be required to climb. The job may require lifting over 50lbs in some areas but not all.
