Duties
Engage in outside sales efforts by prospecting new clients through door knocking, networking, and lead generation strategies to expand the company's market presence.
Manage territory sales by developing and executing strategic plans to maximize coverage and revenue within assigned regions.
Conduct product demos and technical sales presentations to educate clients on roofing solutions, emphasizing benefits and value propositions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective account management, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Utilize CRM software Acculynx to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement.
Lead negotiations with clients to close deals while ensuring mutually beneficial terms that align with company policies.
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that generate new leads and increase brand awareness in the roofing industry.
Provide ongoing customer service support, addressing client questions or concerns promptly to foster trust and loyalty.
Identify upselling opportunities by understanding client needs and presenting additional products or services that add value.
Skills
Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technical sales within the roofing or construction industry.
Strong management skills with the ability to oversee territory management and lead generation initiatives effectively.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills to build lasting client relationships.
Proficiency in CRM software for tracking sales activities and analyzing performance metrics.
Knowledge of marketing strategies related to business development and territory expansion.
Ability to conduct product demos confidently while explaining technical features clearly.
Skilled in analysis techniques to assess market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
Experience in retail or direct sales environments is a plus, along with inside sales capabilities like cold calling and lead follow-up.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining high levels of professionalism and attention to detail. Pay: $51,267.17 - $100,000.00 per year
