This is more than a call to join us, it's an invitation to be part of a visionary journey, to grow with us as we scale.\r\nAbout the Position\r\nAs a Network Infrastructure Estimator, you will be responsible for developing accurate and competitive cost estimates for network infrastructure projects supporting all company verticals.\r\nOur Ideal Candidate\r\nHas a growth mindset and is always looking to continually learn and grow.\r\nHas superior analytical and mathematical skills, conceptual estimating, and critical thinking skills.\r\nIs detail oriented with strong problem-solving ability and exceptional time management.\r\nDay in the Life\r\nPrepare detailed cost estimates for structured cabling and fiber optics.\r\nAnalyze project specifications, drawings, and technical documents to determine scope and requirements.\r\nEvaluate vendor and subcontractor quotes for accuracy and competitiveness.\r\nCollaborate with project management to ensure alignment on design and cost assumptions.\r\nSupport proposal development and client presentations with clear, data-driven cost breakdowns.\r\nMaintain and update historical cost databases and estimation tools.\r\nIdentify cost-saving opportunities and value engineering alternatives.\r\nConsistently makes decisions in an attentive and safe manner to ensure the safety and health of self and others.\r\nPromotes and models the Company mission, vision and values through exercising sound and ethical business practices, championing all elements of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) and providing high quality services and programs as they relate to clients, subcontractors, co-workers, suppliers, and the public.\r\nMinimum Qualifications\r\n2+ years of experience in estimating network infrastructure.\r\nStrong understanding of structured cabling system.\r\nSkills to read, interpret and understand plans, drawings, blueprints, and specifications.\r\nProficiency in estimation software, Accubid, Bluebeam and Microsoft Suite.\r\nExcellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.\r\nAbility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.\r\nFamiliarity with BICSI, TIA/EIA standards, and NEC codes preferred.\r\nTravel\r\nOccasional travel may be required.\r\nSalary Range\r\n$88,000 - $106,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.\r\nBenefits\r\nAt ArchKey Solutions, our benefits package includes competitive health insurance options (medical, dental, and vision), a robust 401(k) retirement savings plan with employer match, paid time off and holidays, and access to wellness programs.
