Working closely with Program Managers and project stakeholders, this role assists with project documentation, budgeting, scheduling, contract administration, and project coordination to help ensure successful project delivery. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and interested in developing a career in healthcare construction, development, and program management.\n‍\nKey Responsibilities:\nSupport Program Managers in the planning, execution, and administration of healthcare construction projects\nAssist with project budgets, schedules, contracts, procurement activities, and financial tracking\nPrepare, organize, and maintain project documentation, reports, meeting materials, and correspondence\nCoordinate project meetings, maintain action item logs, and distribute meeting minutes\nSupport contractor, consultant, and client communications throughout the project lifecycle\nAssist with permitting, bidding, contract administration, invoicing, payment applications, and project closeout activities\nAttend project meetings, site visits, and stakeholder meetings as needed\nCreate presentations, project reports, and marketing materials for internal and external audiences\nSupport departmental initiatives, business development efforts, and special projects\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree required; Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Business, or related field preferred\nPrevious construction, development, project management, or related experience preferred\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint\nStrong organizational, communication, and customer service skills\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment\nHigh attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate work\nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment\nWillingness to travel to project sites and client meetings as needed\nAdditional Requirements & Disclaimer:\nCandidates must possess reliable transportation and maintain a valid driver’s license, as certain roles may require travel to client sites or other off-site locations.
