Join us and be part of something extraordinary!\n\nController\nCountry/Region: US\n\nLocation:\nKY, US\n\n#job-location.job-location-inline { display: inline; }\n\nReq ID 90227 | Hebron, KY, United States WABCO USA LLC\n\nJob Description\n\nThe Site Finance Leader/Controller will be responsible for finance leadership for ZF’s CVS operations in Hebron, KY and other ZF products sold in North America.\n\nWhat you can look forward to as the Controller/Finance Leader:\n\nLead total finance responsibilities for the Hebron, KY site and partner with site leadership to support regional growth and expansion.\nMaintain and report financial information in accordance with company policies, reporting schedules, GAAP requirements, and SAP controls.\nOwn budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and analysis, and insight-driven operational reporting for the site.\nMaintain a strong controls environment to ensure compliance with company policies and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements, including local and regional testing.\nProtect company assets by properly accounting for capital spending and ensuring assets are identified as company property.\nEnsure required month-end financial reporting for the joint venture partner is completed accurately and on time.\nManage accounting and finance staff while establishing stretch targets, aligning BU objectives, and cascading goals to individual objectives.\nSupport STRAP, AOP, performance reviews, capital expenditure analysis, regulatory compliance, BU collaboration, and other duties as assigned.\n\nYour Profile as the Controller/Finance Leader:\nBachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting is preferred.\n6+ years of related operational finance experience as a site/ regional controller or finance experience within a manufacturing environment.\nStrong proficiency in SAP, MS Office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), and Cognos.\nMust have strong financial/accounting technical skills, analytical ability, good judgment and possess a strong operational focus.\nExperience with maintaining internal control systems.\nAbility to maintain the integrity of confidential information\nMust have a verifiable track record of technical and professional accomplishments that are demonstrative of strong management and leadership, team work and communication skills\nMust be authorized to work in the United States now, AND in the future.\n\nWhat We Offer:\nA supportive collaborative team environment\nAnnual Incentive Plan\nPaid Vacation\nPersonal Time\n401k Plan\nHealth Care Benefits\nPaid Holidays\nA strong diversity culture\nSupportive Employee Groups and community outreach activities\nAdditional Information\n\nZF does not offer visa sponsorship for this role (e.g., H-1B, TN), and candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship by ZF now or in the future.
