Veterans and military spouses are encouraged to apply.\n\nRequirements:\n\nResponsibilities\n\nDesign, develop, and optimize APEX applications from the ground up, including interactive reports, dashboards, forms, and workflow automation supporting EA governance and reporting needs\nWrite efficient, secure PL/SQL and SQL, including stored procedures, packages, triggers, and performance-tuned queries\nBuild and maintain relational data models supporting EA cost tracking, entitlement management, and utilization reporting\nImplement REST integrations, interactive grids, dynamic actions, and workflow automation to modernize legacy customer tracking tools\nCoordinate with architects, DBAs, and functional stakeholders (Program Managers, Business Analysts) to translate EA governance and reporting requirements into scalable Oracle-based solutions\nSupport Azure-based tooling and Power Platform / Dynamics / Dataverse integrations where EA data intersects with Microsoft-hosted systems\nTroubleshoot and resolve complex issues across the APEX and Oracle ecosystem\nDevelop applications compliant with government security standards\nEnsure data integrity across cost, licensing, and entitlement datasets used in EA decision-making\n\nQualifications\n\nBachelor’s degree in mathematics, computer science, information systems or related technical discipline required\nMinimum of five (5) years of experience\nDemonstrated hands-on experience building production APEX applications, including native components and custom PL/SQL logic\nStrong proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL performance optimization\nExperience with REST integration, interactive grids, and dynamic actions in APEX\nAbility to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders\n\nPreferred Qualifications\n\nFamiliarity with Azure and/or Power Platform (Dynamics, Dataverse)\nExperience in Federal or security-conscious environments\nExperience with software asset management and license management\n\nPhysical Demands\n\nMust be able to sit and stand for extended periods of time\nOccasional travel and overtime may be required\n\nRequired Clearances and Screenings\n\nThis position is subject to a government background investigation and must meet eligibility for a position designated with Tier 1 / Low Risk sensitivity\n\nCFT is a proud equal opportunity employer.
