Trial Attorney

We’re looking for a seasoned Associate (8+ years) with a track record of originating work and managing matters to join our business litigation team at Poole Huffman in Tucker, GA.This is not a “support” role. You will run cases, drive strategy, and operate like a future partner from day one. We handle high-stakes business disputes: shareholder fights, fraud, business divorce. This is meaningful work with real consequences.What you’ll do:Manage litigation matters from start to finishTake and defend depositions, argue hearings, and prepare for trialDraft and argue substantive motionsLead discovery strategy and executionCommunicate directly with clients and keep them informedMentor junior attorneys and work closely with partnersParticipate in business development and client growth effortsWhat we’re looking for:8+ years of business litigation experienceConfident managing cases independently from day oneStrong writer and strategic thinkerComfortable in the courtroom and in front of clientsA book of business is a plus, but not requiredA genuine interest in building client relationships is requiredHigh ownership mindset and high accountabilityWe’re a growing firm scaling from ~20 attorneys to 50+.
