They will oversee all aspects of prototyping and capability delivery, ensuring alignment with the Customer's objectives. This role requires strong technical leadership and innovation in support of dynamic mission needs.\nClearance:\nTS/SCI + FSP + CI Poly within 5 years\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor’s Degree plus twelve (12) years of experience, Master’s Degree plus ten (10) years of experience, or PhD plus eight (8) years of experience\nMinimum twelve (12) years’ experience programming in Assembly, C, C++, Java, Perl, and/or Python\nMinimum ten (10) years of experience programming CNO tools\nMinimum five (5) years of experience leading, managing, and/or supervising teams in support of CNO capability development\nMinimum four (4) years of experience programming techniques to evade host and/or network-based IDS\nMinimum four (4) years’ experience in network sockets programming and application-level protocols\nSpecialized Qualifications:\nProficiency in programming languages such as Python, C/C++, and/or Assembly, along with scripting languages (e.g., Bash, PowerShell),\nDeep understanding of operating systems internals and kernel-level programming\nExpertise in exploitation techniques, including buffer overflows, heap spraying, privilege escalation, and more\nKnowledge of modern encryption protocols, defense evasion strategies, and network interception\nUnderstanding of network protocols and sockets, common CNO techniques, exploitation mitigations such as DEP and ASLR, and modern software engineering concepts\nExperience with reverse engineering frameworks (e.g., IDA Pro, Ghidra, OllyDbg) and disassemblers/debuggers\nExperience providing technical leadership and guidance\nExperience managing workloads and priorities ensuring teams meet deadlines\nExperience mentoring team members, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and professional growth\nExperience with project management best practices such as Scrum and Kanban methodologies\nExperience with version control systems (e.g., Git) along with understanding of basic configuration management principles\nAt Nightwing, we value collaboration and teamwork.
