We are currently hiring for a Controls Engineer that is responsible for multiple controls projects.\n\nJob Overview\nOur engineers help design, test, program and commission very exciting projects in the world of Material Handling. If you have experience with PLC’s, HMI, SCADA or other Controls systems experience then come investigate further a company that has a family cultural but is part of the Toyota family known for safety and quality.\n\nJob Functions\n\nConduct full scope of controls projects that will involve programming with PLC/HMI or other various technologies.\n\nWork within a team environment of project deliverables.\n\nLearn new technologies via in‑house or external training.\n\nDevelop processes to help support our team growth.\n\nSolve problems for our team and customers.\n\nDeliver projects that meet or exceed customer’s expectations.\n\nDevelop customers relationships.\n\nContribute to project teams, providing help outside of controls scope when required.\n\nEstablish beneficial relationships with our key supplier products and service and provide technical assistance around issues or solutions.\n\nDevelop new controls techniques or equipment that will help maintain Toyota Automated Logistics as a leader in our industry.\n\nTravel Requirements\n\nAbility to travel 30 to 50% at times might be required. (two‑week rotation)\n\nRequired Qualification and Preferred Skills\n\nBS in Engineering or MS in Engineering (preferred).\n\n3+ years’ experience, PLC, HMI, SCADA, panel design experience, hands on and mechanical capabilities, controls project managing experience.\n\nExperience with MS Office products.\n\nAutoCAD Electrical experience preferred.\n\nMaterial Handling Integration experience preferred.\n\nCommunication and Organization Skills\n\nMust be eligible to work in the USA long term without sponsorship.\n\nEmployees must follow all information security policies, protect confidential data, complete required training, and report any suspected security incidents to support our information security controls.\n\nSalary range for this position is between $70,000 to $120,000.
