About the Opportunity:The Program Manager, Solution Innovation leads the development and management of audit and compliance capabilities within the PSAO solutions portfolio. This role is responsible for shaping product strategy, driving compliance processes, and collaborating across teams to mitigate regulatory and payment risks. It plays a crucial part in enhancing pharmacy support services and ensuring the PSAO offerings meet evolving legal and operational requirements.3. Responsibilities:Develop and maintain the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for audit and compliance solutions.Prioritize product improvements based on regulatory changes, customer insights, and operational needs.Manage the Pharmacy Audit Support product and related compliance workflows.Design and improve audit support processes, reporting, and case management tools.Coordinate PSAO registration and licensure tracking to ensure timely and compliant filings.Monitor regulatory developments and update policies and procedures accordingly.Analyze data to identify risks and support audit readiness and payment integrity.Lead agile product management activities including backlog prioritization and release planning.Collaborate with legal, compliance, operations, finance, and other stakeholders to align on audit and compliance initiatives.Develop and support training, communications, and operational enablement related to compliance programs.4. Requirements:Experience managing compliance and audit-related products or programs.Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements affecting PSAO and pharmacy operations.Ability to translate complex regulatory and operational needs into product features.Proven skills in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement.Experience with agile product management and delivery.5.
