Understands operational procedures and deters acts of dishonesty within established customer service guidelines.\n\nProvides timely, courteous and knowledgeable service to customers\nEngages customers, providing support and creating a positive shopping environment\nProvides an effective deterrent to theft through customer engagement and a professional and knowledgeable presence\nObserves accurate checkout procedures for customers and Associates\nCommunicates shrink-related concerns to Store Management and Loss Prevention\nMaintains an effective partnership with Store Management and Loss Prevention to accomplish work assignments and overall goals and objectives.\nCoordinates and completes shrink-related activities in partnership with Store Management\nSupports and participates in store shrink reduction goals and programs\nPromotes a culture of honesty and integrity; maintains confidentiality\nEncourages Associate use of shrink reduction resources\nPromotes safety awareness and supports maintenance of a safe environment\nFollows through on commitments; accomplishes goals with minimum supervision\nAdheres to all labor laws, policies, and procedures\nPerforms other duties as assigned\n\nWho We’re Looking For: You.\n\nExcellent communication skills and good judgment\nAbility to respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations\nStandout colleague, working effectively with peers and supervisors to accomplish tasks\nAble to work a flexible schedule to support business needs\n0-2 years retail or security experience\n\n\nBenefits include: Associate discount; EAP; smoking cessation; bereavement; 401(k) Associate contributions; child care & cell phone discounts; pet & legal insurance; credit union; referral bonuses.
