Responsibilities (essential to the position)\nWork with business and development teams to understand product vision and requirements.\nManage the Quality Assurance Team. This includes overseeing the development; monitoring and reporting on test execution.\nWhen needed, create test cases and write specifications.\nEnsure the highest quality product delivery.\n\nQualifications\n\nB. Requirements:\n1. Industry background:\nBackground in managing Quality Assurance processes\nExperience of software development\nStrong record of innovation demonstrated through patents, papers or products\nProven ability to articulate and advocate a vision for technology direction with customers and internal development teams\n2. Knowledge and skills:\nExperience developing product in UNIX environment\nExperience with software project management, familiar with agile methodology\nDesired experience: Embedded systems and/or Automotive, Unity 3D Engine\n3.
