The above represents the standard Corporate Policy.\r\nTransdev Is Proud To Offer\r\nCompetitive compensation package of minimum $93,371.20 – maximum $115,000.00\r\nBenefits Include\r\nVacation: minimum of two (2) weeks\r\nSick days: 5 days\r\nHolidays: 12 days; 8 standard and 4 floating\r\nOther standard benefits: 401(k) retirement plan, medical, dental and vision, life insurance, short-term disability, and voluntary long-term disability.\r\nKey Responsibilities\r\nIdentify and analyze KPIs to drive continuous improvement in call center performance.\r\nEnsure all services are delivered within budget and develop action plans to improve operational efficiency.\r\nDevelop and manage the business unit budget.\r\nEnsure compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations, as well as Transdev corporate safety standards.\r\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with external clients and stakeholders.\r\nOversee all call center personnel, including performance management and compliance with contract requirements.\r\nManage call center, dispatching, scheduling, customer service, and control center operations.\r\nEstablish prompt, courteous call-handling procedures to ensure a positive customer experience.\r\nImplement and maintain respectful communication protocols between dispatchers, drivers, employees, and riders.\r\nOversee customer service performance, including timely complaint response and resolution.\r\nCollaborate with operations staff to support efficient and responsive route design that meets rider needs.\r\nCoordinate with supplemental service providers to ensure service delivery meets all contract provisions.\r\nOccasional travel outside the immediate area (less than 10%).\r\nQualifications\r\nBachelor's degree or a minimum of 5 years of management experience in a service-based environment of similar scope and size.\r\nMinimum of 5 years of five years of recent experience managing paratransit call center operations or similar positions (a similar position would be a general manager or projec manager overseeing operations, safety and training, scheduling and dispatching or call center, huma resources/Labor relations, vehicle maintenance, vehicle inventory and rolling stock, regulatory requirements (e.g., FTA, DOT, ADA and drug and alcohol, DOJ Title VI and state DOT regulations) and other transportation related areas\r\nProficiency with paratransit scheduling software.\r\nStrong knowledge of relevant federal and state employment laws.\r\nIn-depth understanding of laws, ordinances, and regulations governing transit operations.\r\nThorough understanding of transit operational methods and departmental functions.\r\nDemonstrated ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with clients.\r\nExperience with cost control, budgeting, and financial management across multiple locations.\r\nProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.\r\nStrong understanding of transportation technologies, including apps and Wi-Fi integrations.\r\nExcellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.\r\nMust pass DOT drug testing and physical, if applicable.\r\nNote: DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including cannabis, for any reason.\r\nPhysical Requirements\r\nMust be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed.\r\nThe employee is generally subjected to long periods spent sitting, typing, or looking at a computer screen.\r\nWork environment will be a combination of both indoors and outdoors.\r\nReasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
