This is a high-impact role where you'll help define and scale the infrastructure that powers our growing company.\r\nResponsibilities\r\nIdentity & Device Management\r\nAdminister Microsoft 365 suite: Entra ID (Azure AD), Intune, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint.\r\nImplement scalable device and identity management strategies.\r\nInfrastructure Automation & Engineering\r\nAutomate infrastructure and workflows via PowerShell, Terraform, Ansible, GitLab CI/CD, and C#.\r\nManage infrastructure-as-code deployments and ensure repeatable, secure configurations.\r\nEndpoint & Network Support\r\nSecure and support Windows, macOS, Linux, and mobile devices (iOS/Android).\r\nTroubleshoot and improve performance of corporate networks, including VLANs, DNS, VPN, and firewalls.\r\nCloud & On-Prem Infrastructure\r\nAdminister on-prem VM environments (Hyper-V/VMware) and NAS systems (e.g., Synology, NetApp).\r\nManage cloud infrastructure in AWS and Entra ID/Azure, including IAM, compute, and networking.\r\nCross-Team & Escalation Support\r\nTackle advanced service desk escalations and implement long-term resolutions.\r\nCollaborate with cyber security, software, and operations teams to improve performance, uptime, and security posture.\r\nDocumentation & Governance\r\nMaintain IT documentation, including SOPs, runbooks, and configuration baselines.\r\nRequirements\r\n7+ years in enterprise IT engineering, architect, or system administration roles.\r\nDeep experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID/Azure AD, and Intune.\r\nStrong automation and scripting skills (e.g., PowerShell, Terraform, Ansible).\r\nProven ability to secure and support cross-platform environments (Windows/macOS/Linux).\r\nExperience in regulated environments (e.g., GCC High, GovCloud, CUI, ITAR, etc.).\r\nFamiliarity with GitLab CI/CD or similar pipelines.\r\nPreferred Skills and Experience\r\nPrior experience supporting ISO 27001 or AS9100 implementations.\r\nPrior experience supporting internal developer environments.\r\nStrong understanding of networking (DNS, VPN, VLAN, routing, etc.).\r\nCertifications such as MS102, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, or other industry certifications relevant to the role.\r\nProgramming experience with data analytics code, such as SQL or R.\r\nExperience with common VoIP infrastructure.\r\nUS Government security clearance (active or eligible).\r\nThe salary information provided is a general guideline only.
