Why Join High-visibility role partnering with HR and executive leadershipOpportunity to modernize and enhance HR analytics infrastructureHybrid flexibility with strong work-life balanceCompetitive compensation and comprehensive benefitsCollaborative, growth-oriented culture Key Responsibilities Serve as the organization’s subject matter expert for HR analytics, reporting, and workforce data insightsDevelop and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations in Power BI to track key HR metrics (turnover, retention, headcount, DEI, recruiting, compensation)Extract, transform, and analyze HR data from Oracle HCM / HRIS and related systemsDeliver workforce analytics, trends, and predictive insights to HR and business leadersPartner with HR leadership on workforce planning, organizational design, and talent strategy initiativesEnsure HR data integrity, governance, and reporting accuracy across systemsSupport compensation and benefits analytics, including market benchmarking and pay equity analysisAutomate and streamline HR reporting processes to improve efficiency and scalabilityCreate executive-level presentations and reports translating data into business recommendationsCollaborate with IT and Finance on HRIS enhancements, integrations, and system upgrades Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Statistics, Finance, or related field4+ years of HR analytics, HRIS, or workforce analytics experienceStrong hands-on experience with Oracle HCM, Oracle HRIS, or similar enterprise HR systemsAdvanced Power BI (data modeling, DAX, dashboards, visualization best practices)Experience with HR metrics, workforce planning, or compensation analyticsAbility to translate complex data into clear business insights and recommendationsStrong stakeholder communication and presentation skills Preferred Experience with SQL or data warehousing environmentsExperience in multi-site or mid-to-large organization environmentsSHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or HR analytics certificationExperience supporting compensation or total rewards analytics
