{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"beb5f03f541b8dccb8a92cc0","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/beb5f03f541b8dccb8a92cc0","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/beb5f03f541b8dccb8a92cc0","title":"Data Processor","description":"Summary:\nThe Data Processor, Volunteer Services will perform routine clerical work primarily with the volunteer application process ensuring all federal, state, and district laws (statutes), rules, regulations and policies are in compliance.\n\nDISTRICT EXPECTATIONS: All district employees must:\n\nDemonstrate regular and predictable attention to the work.\n\nSupport the district’s vision, mission, goals, and Strategic Plan.\n\nEngage in civility, respect, and professionalism.\n\nMaintain the professional knowledge and skills necessary to perform the essential duties and responsibilities of their positions.\nResponsibilities:\n\nIs responsible for program requirements, policies, and procedures.\n\nAssists supervisors, directors, teachers, and business/community organizations with volunteer policies, requirements, and expectations.\n\nResponds to inquiries regarding application process and status.\n\nPossess a strong commitment to continuous improvement and efficiency.\n\nSupports the district’s strategic plan to enhance the learning experience of students.\n\nPerforms under the general supervision of the department manager who evaluates performance through observation of work, periodic conferences, critiques, and/or records and reports.\n\nOversees timely and efficient flow of all volunteer applications and procedures, including overnight fingerprinting.\n\nCoordinates and provides assistance with application automation.\n\nPerforms routine clerical work associated with data processing work methods and procedures.\n\nApplies independent judgement and maintain written controls to ensure the accuracy of data entry for projects/programs as assigned; produce reports.\n\nDevelops, assists, and presents training presentations on behalf of the department, including applications and other programs.\n\nOperates the switchboard as directed and performs general office clerical duties as assigned.\n\nMeets regularly with the department manager to review assigned tasks, to gain feedback on performance, and reassess priorities, provides bi-weekly updates, and maintains shared calendar.\n\nPerforms any other duties as assigned.\n\nResponsibilities and tasks outlined in this document are not exhaustive and may change as determined by the needs of the district.\nOther information:\nCommunications: Expresses ideas and thoughts verbally.
