These are immediate openings with competitive pay and the opportunity to get your foot in the door with leading local companies.\nIf you have at least 6 months of manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse experience and are fluent in English, we want to meet you.\nWhat You’ll Do\nAssembly duties include:\nAssemble products, components, or subassemblies following written instructions, blueprints, or visual aids\nUse hand tools, power tools, and basic measuring instruments\nInspect finished parts for quality and report defects\nMaintain a clean and safe work area\nMeet daily production goals and follow all safety protocols\nShipping/Warehouse duties include:\nPick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to customer specifications\nVerify part numbers, quantities, and shipping labels for accuracy\nUse RF scanners, computers, and shipping software (ERP/SAP) as needed\nLoad and unload pallets and materials; may operate pallet jacks or other warehouse equipment\nReceive incoming shipments, count, and put away stock\nKeep inventory organized and assist with cycle counts\nRequirements\nEnglish Proficiency: Must be able to read, write, and speak English clearly for safety, training, and communication on the job\nExperience: Minimum 6 months of recent experience in a manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse environment\nAbility to stand for entire shift, lift up to 50 lbs. regularly, and perform repetitive tasks\nBasic math skills and attention to detail\nReliable transportation and willingness to work in the Chelmsford/North MA area\nPreferred (but not required):\nExperience with soldering, mechanical assembly, or quality inspection\nForklift, pallet jack, or reach truck experience\nWhy Apply?\nCompetitive pay starting at $20.00/hr, with some skilled assembly roles paying up to $25.00/hr+\nChoice of shifts – we have openings on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift\nGet your foot in the door at top manufacturers for medical device, electronics, and industrial companies\nWeekly pay\nWe are an equal opportunity employer.
