In this role you will work with a team of 10-15 managing and sustaining an enterprise analysis platform to derive insights from raw sensor data. The ideal candidate will possess a BS degree or higher in engineering or related field. This position will largely be performed from WPAFB and require a security clearance. Sponsorship is available, but Active Top Secret is highly preferred.\nCriteria for success\nCommunicate effectively in both written and verbal form with peers & decision makers\nDemonstrate initiative when faced with limited guidance or ambiguous requirements\nFamiliarity with platform management concepts including containerization and Kubernetes\nRequired Experience and Skills\nBachelor of Science in Computer Science, Engineering, or Software focused Engineering discipline\nMastery of software configuration management using Git\nProficient in a modern programming language (Python, JavaScript, etc.)\nDesired Education and Experience\nExpertise developing modular, reusable software via strong Object-Oriented Software development practices\nExperience with Container Technology (Docker / podman / etc.)\nExperience following GitFlow and GitOps workflows using team repository (GitHub / Gitlab / etc.)\nAbility to apply agentic tooling to accelerate development velocity\nAbout Awetomaton\nWe build software that enables humans to make informed decisions from raw intel data, with a specialization in satellite collection.
