You will coordinate and manage logistics for training classes as well as support a variety of other trainings and programs, including Esri`s User Conference, internal and distributor trainings, and training certifications.\nResponsibilities\nCoordinate and manage all logistics for training classes by collaborating with customers and teams across Esri\nIdentify and analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions\nBuild and maintain relationships with customers to support training sales goals and customer experience\nDevelop, manage, and communicate event details in alignment with customer needs, including requested schedules, staffing, equipment, classroom setup, and location details\nAct as the main point of contact for customers and internal teams for training class coordination needs\nIncrease revenue by enrolling wait-listed and cancelled-upon students in classes\nGenerate predefined or ad-hoc SAP reports and additional tasks as needed\nRequirements\n2+ years of experience working in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented business environment\nExcellent written and verbal communications skills\nStrong interpersonal skills for communication with internal and external customers\nStrong collaboration, leadership, and problem-solving skills; ability to work with deadlines and multiple tasks simultaneously\nHigh attention to detail, flexible with last-minute changes and requests, and ability to work independently\nCustomer-focused and customer service oriented\nProficient with Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel\nAbility to work one of the following schedules:\nEastern Standard Time zone schedule (8am-5pm ET), working with a team on the East Coast\nPacific Standard Time zone schedule (8am-5pm PT), working with our Redlands team\nBachelor`s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or related field\nRecommended Qualifications\n4+ years of experience in a professional office environment\n3+ years of customer service experience\nMinimum typing speed of 45 words per minute\nKnowledge of SAP R/3, S/4HANA, and Salesforce\n#LI-SS2\n#LI-Onsite\nThe Company\nAt Esri, diversity is more than just a word on a map.
