Join our team and promote progress together with us!\nThe Sr Reliability Engineer is a self-directed equipment reliability continuous improver. The Sr Reliability Engineer will work closely with Operations and Maintenance to identify and implement improvements to the design and maintenance processes. The Sr Reliability Engineer acts as a self-directed equipment reliability improver and problem solver. Sr Reliability Engineer identifies high impact equipment reliability issues, drives Root cause analysis, owns the resolution of corrective actions, updates spare parts, work SOPs, PM details as needed to ensure solutions are completed and properly replicated. Sr Reliability Engineer defines, leads and implements equipment reliability improvement projects.\nThe ideal candidate will be an experienced results oriented, self-directed, action oriented equipment reliability improver. Successful candidates must also be process driven, experienced with SAP, and have a knowledgeable understanding of process flow and value streams with 7-10 years of experience in Equipment reliability improvement and engineering.\nSr. Reliability Engineer\n\nYour Tasks\nAccountable for the resolution of high impact Equipment availability and Equipment reliability improvements.\nLead individually and teams as needed to resolve equipment availability and equipment reliability improvements.\nUse data to identify high impact equipment availability and equipment reliability Improvements.\nPerform root cause analysis and resolve corrective actions\nHave a focus on resolving equipment availability problems\nDevelop engineering solutions to recurrent failures and problems affecting plant availability.\nProvide engineering support for troubleshooting, define the appropriate preventive maintenance measures, and support planned shutdowns.\nDefine, in cooperation with production, the appropriate operational parameters to monitor to ensure maximum equipment lifetime.\nCollaborate with suppliers as need to improve reliability and maintainability of plant equipment.\nProvide technical support to production, maintenance, and technical staff.\nYour Profile\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.\nAt least 7-10 years of experience in a reliability engineering role or related technical/engineering field.\nDemonstrated Knowledge of common reliability tools such as Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM), SPC, RCA.\nPrefer experience with Six Sigma, Lean, and other process improvement methodologies.\nStrong technical engineering skills (mechanical, electrical, industrial, and materials).\nBasic understanding of predictive technologies (vibration analysis, lubrication, thermography, motor analysis, ultrasonics, alignment).\nStrong project management skills.\nExcellent problem-solving and analytical skills.\nProficiency in conducting data analysis and statistical tools.\nDemonstrated ability to work in and through teams at all levels of the workforce.\nExperience in the manufacturing or industrial sector is a plus.\nExperience with SAP Plant Maintenance or other CMMS.\nMust be action oriented\nMust be self-directed\nMust have proven problem-solving skills and high level of independence (in planning, organization, execution, and control).\nMust have a demonstrated ability as an outstanding team player and a successful independent worker.\nExhibit exemplary communication skills.\nExhibit a leader-coach mentality and act as a change agent with a team-oriented focus.\nAbility to demonstrate being a key leader within cultural change.\nAbility to comprehend complex problems.\nCapability to clearly present information and influence or persuade others.\nMindset of challenging and embracing change.\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team.\nAbility to keep a cool head even in stressful situations.
