Supply Chain Invoicing Specialist I & IIOil and gas$22.00 - $25.00 per hour Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pmNew Albany, Ohio (onsite)ContractWhat You’ll Do:Supply Chain Invoicing Specialist IProcess invoices within the Supply Chain department Track Bills of Lading (BOL) for trucking shipments Scan and organize documents within the company filing system Prepare and process material transfers Support and work alongside the OCTG Specialist Assist with general supply chain and administrative duties as needed Supply Chain Invoicing Specialist IIProcess invoices within the Supply Chain department Handle material transfers for the Facilities Group Assist with yard audits and inventory verification Work within the company’s in-house system to ensure equipment is properly tagged and tracked Support general supply chain and operational activities as needed What We’re Looking For: High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred Oil & Gas industry experience is preferred but not required Strong office and computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access Strong mathematical and analytical abilities Self-motivated and detail-oriented Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Excellent written and verbal communication skills Apply Today!Upload your resume – no cover letter required.
