The Program Evaluation Analyst will apply evaluation methodologies and analytical techniques to assess program effectiveness, identify opportunities for improvement, and provide actionable findings to support program and policy decisions.The ideal candidate will have experience with program evaluation, performance measurement, data collection and analysis, and development of evaluation reports and presentations. The candidate should be comfortable working with both quantitative and qualitative information and translating evaluation findings into clear recommendations for government
