As subject matter experts, the team drives innovative solutions and change through the software development lifecycle, system governance, and change management to support the evolving technology needs of Finance and the US firm.\n\nQualifications\n\nRequired:\n\nBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field\n5+ years of experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role\nExperience with reporting, data integration, data management, or data architecture within financial systems or platforms\nExperience with data governance and data quality practices\nExperience gathering business requirements, partnering with technical teams, researching system and process issues, performing root cause analysis, and supporting user acceptance testing and validation of accounting outcomes for finance or accounting system solutions\nAbility to travel 0-10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.\nLimited immigration sponsorship may be available.\n\nPreferred:\n\nMaster's degree\nExperience with financial systems and applications, such as enterprise resource planning (ERP) platforms, trading platforms, or accounting software\nExperience working in Agile environments\nExperience with performance testing or security testing\nHands-on experience with data integration tools and technologies\n\nThe wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
