About the RoleCrowned International is seeking a dedicated and outgoing Community Outreach and Communications Coordinator to support the Executive Director in expanding the reach of the organization building meaningful relationships with key community leaders and promoting our programs throughout the region.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys networking community engagement and representing a nonprofit with excellence.What You Will DoAssist the Executive Director with community engagement initiativesBuild rapport with power players community leaders partners and influencersRepresent Crowned International at local events meetings and networking opportunitiesDistribute promotional materials and share information about our missionSupport planning and execution of outreach campaignsTrack outreach efforts and report weekly progressResponsibilitiesAttend all Crowned International events meetings and outreach activitiesWork independently and complete tasks consistently based on guidance givenCommunicate professionally with partners sponsors and community contactsHelp increase visibility and awareness of the organizationMaintain organized records of outreach contacts and follow upsIdeal CandidateLives in the Tri State areaHas completed some college courseworkHas previous experience in community outreach or communicationsOutgoing confident and relationship focusedAble to work independently and manage time effectivelyHas reliable transportation and availability to attend in person eventsWhat You Will GainHands on experience in nonprofit leadership and community developmentProfessional mentorship from the Executive DirectorPortfolio worthy experience in outreach and communicationsOpportunities to build your professional networkLetter of recommendation upon successful completion
