The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience managing large-scale programs within State and government agencies, demonstrate strong stakeholder management capabilities, and consistently deliver projects on time and within budget in compliance with federal guidelines.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead end-to-end project management across all phases, including planning, execution, monitoring, and close-out.\nLead and manage Project Approval Lifecycle (PAL) – Level 4 stages.\nDevelop, maintain, and manage comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.\nOversee cross-functional and multidisciplinary teams to ensure alignment with program objectives and contractual requirements.\nServe as the primary liaison between clients, internal teams, subcontractors, and other key stakeholders.\nIdentify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively manage issues.\nPrepare and present project status reports, briefings, and required documentation for internal and external audiences.\nEnsure compliance with all federal, agency-specific, and contractual standards and regulations.\nApply industry best practices using PMBOK®, Agile, or Hybrid project management methodologies, as appropriate.\nRequired Qualifications\nMinimum 8+ years of project and/or program management experience.\nAt least 7+ years supporting State or government agency projects.\n6+ years of experience leading large-scale, complex IT projects.\nProven experience managing multi-year, multi-million-dollar projects ($5M+).\nExceptional leadership, communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.\nProficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Smartsheet, or equivalent platforms.\nPreferred Qualifications\nPrior experience working directly with State agencies.\nFamiliarity with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and DOJ-specific guidelines.\nPMP® certification from PMI (or equivalent).\nAgile certification (e.g., Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe, or similar).\n\nEqual Opportunity Employer\n\nROBOTICS TECHNOLOGIES LLC is an equal opportunity employer inclusive of female, minority, disability and veterans, (M/F/D/V).
