Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in Falls Church, VA, for a Recruitment Specialist. Responsibilities include developing and executing recruitment strategies, sourcing candidates, managing the interview process, and extending job offers. The role also involves collaborating with hiring managers, coordinating training for new hires, and fostering effective communication throughout the recruitment process. The Recruitment Specialist will play a key role in ensuring that Jefferson Enterprises attracts and retains top talent to meet its organizational goals. Qualifications Strong skills in Hiring, Recruiting, and Interviewing candidatesExcellent Communication and interpersonal skillsExperience in organizing and conducting Training programs for new hiresProven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams while working in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge of applicant tracking systems and recruitment best practicesBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
