We take care of our practice teams so they can focus on what matters mosttaking exceptional care of our patients.As a Smile Consultant, you serve as a trusted guide and advocate for every patient who walks through our doors. You lead the consultation experience from the first connection through commitmentremoving barriers and creating clarity, urgency, and confidence so patients feel empowered to say "yes" to a better life.We provide life-changing full-arch implant solutions, including All-on-X/ All-on-4, for individuals ready to reclaim their health, confidence, and quality of life. This is not transactional sales. It is meaningful, purpose-driven work rooted in education, trust, and compassionhelping patients move forward at a time when it matters most.Essential duties and responsibilities:Own the consultation - Lead high-trust, high-urgency consultations that convert new patients into scheduled treatmentEducate patients on implant solutions, what to expect, and what's possible for their futurePresent treatment pathways clearly and confidently, aligned with the doctor's diagnosis and recommendationCreate urgency through education (without pressure), helping patients understand the cost of waiting and the value of moving forwardRemove barriers with strong financing execution - Guide patients through financing options and applications (primary + secondary lenders when needed)Explain rates, terms, approvals, and next steps in a way patients can easily understandBuild financial pathways that help patients move forward while maintaining integrity and complianceFollow up like a pro - Run consistent, structured follow-up to close patients who don't commit same-dayRe-engage "not now" patients with empathy, confidence, and clear next stepsMaintain a full pipeline and protect follow-up time, because patients don't always say yes the first day they feel hope againOperate like a top performer - Maintain a clean, organized CRM and accurate patient trackingHit key performance indicators tied to consult execution and revenue outcomesCollaborate closely with doctors, practice office managers, and operations leaders to deliver a seamless patient experienceParticipate in weekly training, coaching, huddles, and skill-building sessionsKey outcomes are measured by:Conversion and closing performance (same-day + follow-up)Pipeline discipline and follow-up activityFinancing execution and funding conversionShow rate, scheduled next steps, and overall patient experienceRevenue performance aligned to practice goalsWhat we are looking for:The person we are looking for can balance heart and urgency.
