Kids Boutique Retail Associate

We’re Hiring: Kids Retail Associate (Part-Time) Coastal Cubs Collective Coastal Cubs Collective is looking for a part-time Retail Associate to join our growing baby & kids boutique. Hours: Approximately 20–30 hours per week Requirements Must speak Spanish Social media savvy — comfortable filming content, creating reels, and coming up with creative ideas Comfortable being on camera (face + hands content) Friendly, reliable, and confident engaging with customers Strong communication and customer service skills Willing to obtain CPST (Child Passenger Safety Technician) certification to properly educate customers and assist with correct car seat installation (training/support provided) Bonus (not required): Knowledge of baby gear (strollers, car seats, carriers, etc.) Retail or customer service experience We’re happy to train the right candidate who’s eager to learn What You’ll Be Doing Assist customers with purchases and help families find the right products Engage with customers and create a warm, supportive shopping experience Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits Create, film, and contribute ideas for social media content (reels, stories, product demos) Maintain visual merchandising standards by organizing displays, stocking shelves, and ensuring products are readily available Manage inventory and restock merchandise as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming sales floor Support day-to-day store operations Strong communication skills and a passion for retail and customer service are essential, as you’ll play a key role in the success and growth of our store.
