This is a rare opportunity to join a fast-moving team, experiment with cutting-edge AI tools daily, and build and lead a function from the ground up at a company that's defining a category.We're hiring a hybrid GTM Engineer/BDR who works at the intersection of marketing, sales, and engineering. You'll architect our outbound motion end-to-end, designing the signal-based plays, multi-channel sequences, and AI-assisted workflows that surface the right accounts at the right moment. And you won’t just design it, you’ll run it. That means hands-on outreach every day across calls, email, LinkedIn, and personalized video—constantly testing new ideas, iterating on what works, and staying on the cutting edge of AI and modern go-to-market best practices.Your role is to source the right accounts, run the outreach, book qualified meetings, and hand opportunities over for close. You will be the entire outbound function in this seat, and the playbook you build will be the foundation we hire account executives and SDRs against as we scale.Responsibilities\r\nOwn the outbound motion end-to-end. Our current GTM stack is HubSpot, Apollo, Smartlead, HeyReach, and Sales Navigator; you're empowered to experiment and bring additional tools where they make sense.\r\nDesign and ship signal-based plays, including triggers around job changes, funding events, hiring signals, and tech-stack changes. Measure performance and deprecate what isn't working.\r\nRun multi-channel sequences across email, LinkedIn, and personalized video, using LLMs to scale personalization while preserving a human voice.\r\nExecute outreach personally: outbound calls, written sequences, and LinkedIn engagement. You will book the meetings yourself.\r\nHand qualified opportunities directly to the founder.\r\nInstrument the funnel: deliverability, reply rates, meetings booked and held, pipeline, and win-rate by play, and report on performance weekly in a shared channel.\r\nPartner with the Head of Marketing on ICP, messaging, and conversion.Required qualifications\r\n2+ years of outbound experience at a B2B SaaS or AI company, with a record of quota attainment. Be prepared to discuss specific numbers.\r\nDemonstrable experience building outbound systems: signal workflows, automation flows (n8n, Zapier), LLM workflows, scripts, or scrapers.\r\nHands-on familiarity with the modern outbound stack: a CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce), sales engagement tools, outbound email infrastructure, and LinkedIn automation.\r\nComfort working in code at a practical level. A formal engineering background is not required.\r\nStrong written communication.\r\nComfort with high-volume outbound calling.\r\nA clear point of view on the signal-based outbound landscape (Unify, Clay, 11x, Regie, Default) and what is and isn't working in the current market.\r\nComfort operating in a founder-led sales motion, including iterating on targeting and messaging based on real-time feedback.\r\nHighly organized, with a track record of closing every loop in a complex multi-tool workflow.Preferred qualifications\r\nPrior experience shipping on Apollo and HeyReach.\r\nExperience selling into a finance and/or operations buyer.\r\nBackground as an early sales hire at a startup, or experience building an outbound function from the ground up.What we're looking for\r\nThis role is built for someone who wants to compound.
