Led by clinical expert and leader Lara Effland, we strive to make high-quality mental healthcare accessible and impactful, supporting individuals and their families in achieving sustainable mental wellness.Role DescriptionThis is an hourly-paid, remote role that will build to a full-time position and perfect for a compassionate, driven, and dedicated Primary Therapist. Responsibilities include delivering evidence-based therapy tailored to clients’ needs, creating and implementing effective treatment plans, and providing support for individuals dealing with complex co-occurring mental health conditions. The Primary Therapist will receive thorough training, supervision, and consultation to ensure they are highly competent and prepared to deliver high-quality integrative behavioral health treatment. Duties will include timely documentation, case management, treatment planning, and deliver evidence-based treatment to clients and their families that is aligned with their values and goals. This role requires daily therapy sessions through HIPAA-compliant online platforms.QualificationsExperience in or strong desire to learn Treatment Planning and developing individualized therapeutic goalsBackground in providing effective therapy for diverse populationsStrong desire to learn evidence-based treatment methods to effectively treat behaviors and conditions related to OCD, ADHD, Traumatic Stress, and Disordered Eating Build a high proficiency in Case Management, including coordinating care and resources for clientsMust have at least a Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related fieldActive and valid associate or full licensure (e.g., Associate-level or fully-licensed in LICSW, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent)Strong communication skills and ability to build effective therapeutic relationshipsFamiliarity or desire to master evidence-based practices and approaches in mental health therapyExperience with telehealth platforms and providing online therapy is a plus
