We are committed to recruiting talented, committed, collaborative individuals who can help us deliver exceptional client service.Position Summary: SolomonEdwards is looking for a Mortgage Business Analyst for one of its mortgage clients to perform daily loan reviews to ensure the accuracy of loan findings. You will provide support in managing a broad variety of departmental operations including special projects, strategic planning processes and initiatives, and conducting data integrity, compliance, and operational efficiency analysis and reporting. You will develop interim automated solutions to assist various departments, create exception reporting, and automate routines in addition to various other department-related activities.Position Locations: Phoenix, AZ; Tampa, FL; St. Louis, MO; Plano, TXResponsibilitiesCreate and produce regular compliance reports that serve to hold the division accountable for meeting defined targets.Serve as a point person to interact with internal and external clients to facilitate various complex projects and presentations.Assist business units with developing interim business tools to facilitate an increased level of efficiency.Support the Operations team with data analysis and problem-solving.Draft policies and procedures for the different department roles and responsibilities.Perform other related duties as required and assigned.Demonstrate behaviors that are aligned with the organization's desired culture and values.QualificationsBachelor's degree in business administration or related field required.Financial Services and, if possible, mortgage industry experience preferred.Highly proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Superior analytical skills.Other DetailsTravel Requirements: No travel will be required, unless at the client's discretion.Physical Requirements: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
