We typically work independently on individual projects but assist one another in an agile team environment. We work toward the common goal of implementing customer and internal user feature requests as well as resolve bug reports on a variety of platforms, technologies, and programming languages.\nPosition Responsibilities:\nDebug and resolve application issues reported directly by our users\nReceive feedback and implement improvements from testing team and peer review\nDesign, code, test and enhance existing software solutions\nHelp define and build new features based on our software roadmap derived from user requests and feedback\nParticipate in functional, integration, and regression test development\nBackground and Requirements:\nA passion for coding and building complex web applications\nProficient in numerous front-end and back-end languages\nExperience with the 3 or more of the following programming platforms & languages (including but not limited to): .Net C#, JS, React, TypeScript, HTML, SQL or Java\nFront-end web development experience utilizing HTML, React, JS, & CSS\nExperience working on teams with hands-on software development experience\nExperience with the various operating & server systems including Windows, Google Cloud Platform or Azure\nExcellent problem solving skills, great attention to detail\nStrong communication skills, both verbal and written\nAbility to learn new technologies quickly and understand a wide variety of technical challenges to be solved\nDesire to collaborate and help design and implement complex features to completion\nHow will you contribute to RDG Filings:\nWork on any part of the stack - from simple plugin applications to scalable cloud-based systems\nDeploy quickly to production\nWork on an agile development team\nWork with other designers, programmers, and QA co-workers to bring prototypes to life\nWhy work at RDG Filings:\nEmployees at RDG Filings develop and provide cutting-edge software solutions and services so publicly-traded companies can meet their regulatory compliance obligations.
