Ensure parts are properly cleaned, powder-free, and meet quality standards.As a Dye Operator you will:Process production work orders using FIFO.Load, wash, prepare, dye, rinse, dry, inspect, and package parts according to Standard Work.Verify dye bath parameters before processing and perform bath refreshes as required.Operate automatic washers, dye tanks, rinse stations, drying equipment, and related equipment safely.Maintain batch documentation and traceability throughout the process.Inspect parts for color consistency and surface quality.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.Report quality, equipment, and safety concerns promptly.Work effectively with other operators to meet production goals.Perform other duties as assigned.This is a full time opportunityThe ideal candidate will have:High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.Manufacturing experience preferred but not required.Ability to follow written work instructions.Strong attention to detail and time management.Ability to work independently and in a team environment.Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.Monday to Friday shifts availableOther positions and shifts availableSchedule: 4:00 PM - 2:30 AM (Overtime may be required) Days: Monday through Friday Pay: $21.00-22.00 per hour*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.Volt is an Equal Opportunity Employer and prohibits any kind of unlawful discrimination and harassment.
