About the Role
We're looking for someone dependable, organized, and eager to learn who wants to build a career in Human Resources. No prior HR experience is required. We will train the right person from the ground up. If you are a strong communicator who takes initiative and pays close attention to detail, this is a great place to start.What You’ll Do
Administrative and Data SupportEnter and update employee information in our masterfile and HR toolsOrganize and maintain digital files, records, and HR documents so they are easy to find and always currentPrepare basic reports and summaries as requested by the HR teamTrack deadlines and follow up on pending items to keep processes moving on timeSupport compliance tracking by following up on document submissions and training completionsOnboarding and Employee SupportHelp prepare onboarding materials and welcome packets for new hiresSend onboarding documents and track the completion of required formsSupport the offboarding process by collecting equipment, access credentials, and required documentationRequirements
