The Director, Talent Acquisition reports directly to the Chief Productivity Officer and is instrumental in shaping and leading the company's global talent acquisition strategy to support our rapid growth and cultural ethos. This role demands someone who thrives in lean, high-productivity environments and demonstrates strong financial and analytical acumen.Key Responsibilities Strategic Talent Acquisition: Forge and execute a robust talent acquisition strategy that aligns with our aggressive growth plans, ensuring we attract, hire, and retain world-class talent. Leadership and Team Management: Lead the Talent Acquisition team with a hands-on, 'personal trainer' approach, promoting an environment of high performance, continuous improvement, and exceptional results. Data-Driven Decision-Making: Leverage rigorous data systems and processes to track, measure, and improve hiring success, driving decisions with clear metrics and analytics. Collaboration and Influence: Partner effectively with business leaders to understand their hiring needs and challenges, becoming a trusted advisor and building robust, successful partnerships across the organization. Innovative Sourcing and Employer Branding: Utilize innovative sourcing strategies and techniques to build a consistent pipeline of high-quality candidates, while enhancing our employer brand in the talent marketplace.CompetenciesTo perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies: Leadership and Management: Strong leadership capabilities with a proven track record of managing high-performing teams in dynamic environments. Influential and Motivating: Excellent at building relationships across all levels of the organization, driving collaborative efforts, and influencing positive outcomes.Qualifications Minimum of 8 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within a high-growth, technology-driven organization. Demonstrated ability to build, scale, and lead a high-performing Talent Acquisition team. Must be operationally equipped with keen focus on process and metrics with quantifiable results. Adept at utilizing applicant tracking systems (ATS), highlighting a technical competence that enables efficient and effective recruitment processes. Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to leverage these tools for data analysis, reporting, and presentations. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; capable of presenting complex data in a clear and compelling manner. Proven experience in developing and delivering training programs focused on aligning recruiting processes and expectations across the talent acquisition team. Bachelor's degree. Open to travel 15-20% of the time to company locations and events, demonstrating flexibility and commitment to supporting company-wide initiatives and team engagement.Preferred Qualifications Experience with international talent acquisition is highly preferred, showcasing an ability to navigate global talent markets and understand diverse hiring practices. Experience within acquisitive, private equity companies. Hands-on experience leveraging pre-employment assessments within a recruiting process.
