Billing Specialist

I am looking to hire a full-time AR/Project Billing Specialist for a reputable construction company here in Oak Creek, WI (53154). This role will be permanent with benefits and is looking to interview/start immediately.Pay: $65k -$75k + BenefitsBenefits: Health, Vision, Dental, 401k, Tuition, PTO, Holidays, Schedule: M-F, 7am – 3:30pm, 100% onsite Remote: No, 100% onsiteJob Responsibilities:Partners closely with sales and project managers to translate contract terms into accurate AIA-format billings, drive timely collections, and reconcile project revenue within the ERP systemApply customer paymentsMaintain aging reportsManage billing inquiriesSupport credit and collection policiesManage schedule of values, retainage, change orders, and stored materialMust have experience with AR, project billing, or construction billing experience
