This is an early-stage build with an estimated duration of 1–2 years, offering long-term stability, consistent overtime, and leadership responsibility on a high-impact project.The ideal candidate will bring strong foreman-level experience, the ability to lead and develop crews, and a deep understanding of industrial electrical systems. At Vanguard, our foremen are critical to project success—leading from the front and setting the tone for execution across every job site.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a crew of 5–10 industrial electricians on-site.Provide clear direction, expectations, and daily work plans to field teams.Read and interpret construction documents including drawings, cable schedules, and specifications.Ensure all work is performed in compliance with OSHA standards and project safety requirements.Oversee quality control and ensure all installations meet project and code standards.Plan work activities to maximize efficiency and productivity.Anticipate potential job site challenges and proactively implement solutions.Monitor crew performance, enforce accountability, and maintain high work standards.Lead by example in safety, work ethic, punctuality, and professionalism.Coordinate with project managers, clients, and other trades to ensure smooth execution.Represent the company professionally with customers and other contractors.QualificationsPrior experience as a Foreman leading industrial electrical crews required.Journeyman-level industrial electrical knowledge and field experience required (license not required).OSHA 30 Certification required (completed within the last 5 years).Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.Strong understanding of electrical systems, construction documents, and job site coordination.Proven ability to lead teams, manage workflow, and maintain productivity.Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial construction environment.Reliable transportation to the project site.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive hourly pay: $33–$35 per hour$95 daily per diemConsistent overtime opportunities (20 hours/week typical)Weekly payPotential second-shift differentialLong-term project stability (1–2 years)Opportunity to lead on a major data center infrastructure projectPotential for continued employment on future Vanguard Industrial Group projects based on performanceWork Schedule60 hours per week6 days per week40 hours straight-time + 20 hours overtimeOvertime available throughout the duration of the projectWork LocationMonroe, LouisianaWork performed on-site at a large-scale data center construction projectProject duration estimated 1–2 yearsEqual Employment Opportunity (EEO) StatementWe are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
